I’m not as far ahead in my career as I envisioned as a 25 year old. But I’m in the right place for me.

I have switched industries. Climbed different ladders. Bought into different visions.

I am the sum of all of that experience and my takeaways.

Some of the biggest impacts of my life have come when taking a pause.

For me, Parental Leave has been one of the defining features in my thinking and career vision.

I often ask myself, “Why doesn’t everyone do this when they have kids?”

The answer to myself is usually, “That’s complicated.”

It is, but I also want to explore and unravel it. I want to share my stories and those of others.

I want to make supporting your family in ways beyond financially more accessible.

I want to make access to leave and access to advancement opportunities more equitable.

That is where this is going.
